Bronde + Ash Salon Owner, Raquel Bonilla has been pursuing her career since 2011. Driven by ambition and seeking out knowledge, she is continuously refining her craft whether it’s with a new color/cutting techniques, easier at home styles, nail designs, etc. Raquel has created a luxury one-on-one private salon experience for all her guests in a clean, peaceful, and warm atmosphere that leaves you feeling light and refreshed once your service is complete. •REFUNDS: Bronde + Ash Salon does NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify Raquel within a week of your appointment to discuss further. •PRICING: You can find starting prices of services on the “Book Now” tab. Pricing could increase depending on length of hair, thickness of hair and products involved. Cancellation Policy

At Bronde + Ash, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure I can provide the highest level of service to every guest, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No-call, no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total and will be permanently restricted from future booking. Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in required non-refundable deposits or refusal of future services. When you book an appointment, you are reserving dedicated time in my chair. I truly value every guest who respects that commitment.
